This app splits up a long video of your choice into smaller videos that can be shared. The app has two splitting modes, "fast" and "precise". The default "fast" mode looks at the video keyframes and cuts to the closest one, this is incredibly fast but can sometimes give you a clip longer than your split time. In this case reduce the split time or switch the mode to "precise".
